The fall meeting is typically held in Jefferson City in October. There is also a virtual meeting option available for those who cannot travel to attend the meeting.

The meeting should include members who serve on the board, cluster chairs and planners. The purpose of the fall planners meeting is where we start finalizing next year’s conference. Cluster Chairs are required to give a report on the status of their planning.
